内燃机缸内全流场PIV测速系统

摘    要:本文针对内燃机缸内气流运动研究需要,在国内首次开发研制出一套内燃机缸内全流场PIV测速系统。该系统具有全透明的气缸体和活塞,激光器发光孔可360°旋转,配以灵活的光路调节装置和拍摄装置。可对内燃机整个工作范围内的缸内流场进行全视野测量。

Abstract:In order to meet the research need of air flow in I.C.E.,a set of PIV system has been developed.In the system,hyaline cylinder and piston were used,the laser head can be 360 degrees turned,light sheet adjusting device and image recorder were used conveniently.Therefore,the system can measure the full flow field of I.C.E.in cylinder.
