M701F重型燃气轮机国产化研制

燃气轮机的生产制造涉及大量新材料、新结构、新制造技术,涉及燃气轮机的空负荷试车及性能测试技术。其国产化包括辅助系统配套及本体制造。文章较详细的介绍了东方汽轮机厂在F级重型燃气轮机国产化过程中,针对异种钢薄壁结构件焊接技术、高精度复杂形状的零部件的计算机集成制造技术、压气机动静叶及滑块的喷涂技术、快装式机组总装技术、厂内空负荷试车技术等进行的科研攻关情况。目前东方汽轮机厂所生产燃气轮机的国产化率在国内处于领先水平。

Localization Development of M701F Heavy - Duty Gas Turbine

The production of gas turbine is concerned with plenty of new material, new structure and new advanced technology as well as with no load test and performance test technology of gas turbine. Its localization of manufacturing technology includes the production of BOP system set and body. This paper introduced in detail the technical conditions in process of localization for F level heavy-duty gas turbine in Dongfang Steam Turbine Factory, such as welding technology for thin wall structure of special steel, computer integrated manufacturing technology for the parts with high accuracy and complex shape, spray technology for moving and stationary blades and slide block of compressor, general assembly technology of quick package unit and no load test technology in factory etc.. Now, the localization rate of gas turbine for Dongfang Steam Turbine Factory is on the leading level in China.
