南非金矿深部开采的井下降温技术

摘    要:目前,南非的黄金产量有近60%以上来自2500 m以下的深部地下矿床,最大开采深度已经达到3 777 m。深部开采中所遇到的技术难题之一是地热对开采环境的危害,南非金矿井下岩石表面的温度最高可以达到47℃。经多年实践,南非金矿在深部开采的井下降温方面开发了许多实用技术,积累了丰富的经验。介绍了南非金矿深部开采的技术条件以及在不同条件下采取的通风降温措施和技术特点,对中国矿山深部开采解决类似问题具有很好的参考借鉴价值。

Abstract:About 60 % of the gold production in South Africa currently comes from deep deposits 2 500 meters below surface, with the deepest mine being 3 777 meters underground. One of-the challenges in deep mining is the heat hazard to working environment,where the rock temperature can be as high as 47℃. Over the years, many practical technologies for underground cooling have been developed in the gold mines in South Africa, and abundant experience gathered. This paper introduces the deep mining conditions of South Africa's gold mines, and the measures and technical features of underground cooling under different conditions, which will be useful references for deep mining in China when dealing with similar problems.
