摘    要:活性炭吸附是氰化提金工艺的重要组成部分,吸附槽结构对活性炭吸附效果影响甚大。以长山壕金矿为例,详细叙述了“夹层板+高频筛”和“蘑菇头层”吸附槽结构设计及工作原理,通过活性炭静态吸附工业应用效果及对比表明,“蘑菇头层”吸附槽创新地应用“蘑菇头”结构,解决了活性炭静态吸附中的炭层松散和贵液处理能力问题,且结构简单,值得借鉴。

Abstract:Gold adsorption by activated carbon is an important part of oxidation gold extraction process. The structure of adsorption tank has significant effects On activated carbon. The paper, with Changshanhao gold mine as an example, in detail introduced the structural design and working mechanism of "sandwich plate + high frequency screen + mushroom head layer" structure. Through industrial application test of static adsorption by activated carbon and comparison, it conclu'des that the "mushroom head" structure solved the problems like loose carbon layers and bad precious solution treatment during the process of static adsorption. The structure is easy to go and worth referring to.
