氧化锌电阻片侧面绝缘涂层的研究进展

摘    要:综述了国内外近10年来氧化锌电阻片(以下简称电阻片)侧面抗大电流冲击绝缘涂层的研究进展情况,讨论了电阻片侧面无机绝缘涂层和有机绝缘涂层的选择问题,并指出纳米有机绝缘涂料是电阻片侧面绝缘涂层未来发展的方向。

Abstract:Studies on side insulating coatings of MOA varistor in recent decade, which could improve 4/10 high current impulse withstanding capability of MOA varistor, are reviewed.It is pointed out that nanometric organic insulating coatings is one of the prospects of varistor side materials in the future.
