摘    要:镁合金微弧氧化膜的厚度与电解液的浓度成正比关系,但电解液太浓,氧化膜层将会出现许多问题,最终影响使用.在硅酸盐电解液中添加丙三醇溶液,研究了其对镁合金AZ91D微弧氧化过程及所获膜层的厚度、表面形貌与相组成的影响.结果表明:电解液中加入丙三醇能够有效地抑制尖端剧烈放电现象,稳定微弧氧化过程,改善膜层性能;随着丙三醇含量的增加,氧化膜层厚度逐渐降低;添加丙三醇能使氧化膜层表面孔洞变小,微裂纹数量减少,膜层外观质量得到极大的改善;丙三醇对陶瓷层相组成无明显影响,但MgO含量增加,Mg2SiO4的含量则有所降低.

Abstract:Ceramic coatings were fabricated on AZ91D Mg-alloy substrate from the electrolyte of Na2SiO3 with and without glycerol addition using micro-arc oxidation technique.The effects of glycerol on the micro-arc oxidation process and the microstructure and prop-erties of the ceramic coalings were studied,based on analyses of the thickness and morphology and phase compositions of the ce-ramic coalings by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.Results showed that the destructive marginal dsi-cha...
