摘    要:存在两类有机械联系的多电机传动负荷均衡控制系统,经转矩环系统和经转速环系统,主要差别在于对由弹性和间隙引起的扭振抑制能力不同,研究了扭振产生机理,抑制方法,在什么情况下宜选用哪类系统,帮助系统设计者正确选用。还介绍了一种抑制扭振的有效措施——转速差补偿,两类系统都适用。分析结果已在工业产品中得到应用。

Abstract:There are two kinds of load balancing control systems of multi-motor drives with mechanical connection,system via torque control loop and system via speed control loop.Main difference of the two systems is different suppression ability of torsional vibration caused by spring and gap.Reasons causing torsional vibration,its suppression ability and how to choose suitable system were discussed.An additional suppression method,speed difference compensation method,was introduced,which is suitable for two kinds of systems.Analysis results have been adopted in industry products.
