高抗折特种炭材料的研制

摘    要:采用酸性氧化剂活化过的超细煅烧石油焦粉为骨料、煤沥青为粘结剂制得原料粉, 在不同压力和保压时间下模压成型, 然后按一定工艺制度焙烧, 所得样品抗折强度均达到高抗折炭材料的标准。在模压200 MPa、保压20 min时, 抗折强度达到53 MPa, 抗压强度达到108 MPa。

Abstract:The secondary raw material powder was prepared by the superfine powder petroleum coke that activated by acidic oxidant and coal tar pitch, which were then molded in different pressure for different holding time. After the roasting process, all the products reached the high flexural strength level. The product that was prepared with molding pressure at 200 MPa and holding time of 20 min, got the maximum flexural strength value of 53 MPa and compressive strength value of 108 MPa.
