| 摘 要： | 针对《国家电网公司十八项电网重大反事故措施》继电保护专业重点实施要求中提到的继电保护配置的原则、非全相保护、主设备非电量保护等若干个细则的落实进行了简要的分析，并结合目前反措实施的具体情况，提出自己的观点和看法。
