| Abstract: | A computer program developed for teaching flexural design of shafts to students taking machine design courses is described. The program utilizes conversational mode interaction via a storage tube graphics terminal and it includes interactive facilities for problem definition, analysis, evaluation and modification. Some experience in using this program is also presented. |
