| 摘 要： | 根据孔的边界环是否处于一个面内,将孔分为单面孔和多面孔。利用拓扑关系搜索单面孔,通过比较孔所属包围盒的大小区分零件的外边界和多面孔。对于特征建模的单面孔,采用删除辅助特征的方法进行补孔操作,对于非特征建模或失去特征信息的单面孔将同多面孔一样,采用双三次Coons曲面补孔。该算法能够准确、快速实现补孔操作,为后续板料成形数值模拟中的接触算法提供必要的前提条件。
