电站锅炉过热器壁温的改进计算方法

摘    要:建立了锅炉过热器流量分配的非线性数学模型。该模型的经验参数较少,具有较高的计算精度,并且可以求出管子中工质流量。此方法克服了目前常用的电站锅炉壁温计算方法中校核点工质流量与热负荷并不一定互相对应的缺点。针对蒲城电厂330MW塔式燃煤直流锅炉过热器1的改造方案,利用提出的方法计算了100%与50%锅炉运行负荷下危险部位的壁温,结果表明,所有校核点的壁温都小于管材最高允许温度,计算方法是可行的。
