核电汽轮机隔振装置的应用与论证

摘    要:介绍了汽轮机隔振装置在国外及国内的应用概况,阐述了隔振装置的设计与隔振原理以及隔振器的主要技术参数。验算并证明了江苏田湾核电站2台1060 MW汽轮发电机组隔振系统固有频率与隔振效率可满足机组正常启动与运行的要求,最后总结了弹簧隔振装置的优点。

Abstract:The paper introduced the application of vibration isolation mountings overseas and inland,explained the operating and design principles of the mounting, and gave out the key technical parameters of the mounting. By checking computation,it proved the natural frequency and isolation efficiency of the isolation mountings in Tianwan 2xl 060 MW turbine units can meet the demand of startup and operation requirement. It also summarized the advantages of the spring vibration isolation mountings.
