| Abstract: | The CSF carbon black was made from chemical wastes by a series of necessary processing. The results obtained by electronic microscope, X-ray diffraction, electron spectra chemical analysis and chromatogram-mass spectrographic analysis showed that the main composition of CSF carbon black was the same as that of SRF or HAF cabon black, but the former was polycrystalline type matter of carbon, and the latter belonged to an amorphous one. The average particle diameter of CSF was smaller than those of SRF and HAF, and its specific surface area and DBP absorption factor was higher obviously than those of the latters. The reinforcing efficiency of CSF carbon black on NR, SBR, NBR and CR was similar to that of SRF carbon black. |
