| 摘 要： | 加工 (或掺炼 )进口含硫、高酸值原油 ,对工艺设备和管道造成严重腐蚀。作者结合实际工作 ,着重阐述了镇海炼油化工股份有限公司炼油厂加工进口原油时 ,常减压装置、气体脱硫装置工艺设备和管道的腐蚀情况 ,分析了腐蚀原因和腐蚀机理 ,并提出了防腐蚀措施。

| Abstract: | In refining(or mixed refinign) import sulfur bearing high acid value crude oil,the process equipments and pipeline are caused serious corrosion.The corrosion situation of equipments and pipeline of atomospheric vacuum and gas desulfurization unit for Zhenhai refined chemical company in refining import crude oil are mentioned emphatically.The corrosion reason and corrosion mechanism are analized.Some corrosion protections are presented by the author combined with actual work. |
