盾构机远程在线监测与诊断设计及研究

摘    要:针对盾构机结构复杂、施工环境恶劣、面广点多、故障发生率高等特点,设计了一套盾构远程在线监测与诊断系统,介绍了系统的总体设计结构和具体实现方法,并提出了一种基于故障树分析法的盾构故障智能诊断模型,从理论上实现了对盾构机的远程监控、故障预警、诊断以及维护。

Design and Research of Remote On-line Monitoring and Diagnosis for Tunnel Shield
Abstract:This is a system of on-line monitoring and maintenance for tunnel shield. It has considered the complexity and the number of the shield, the harsh construction environment and the high failure rate. The paper introduces the overall structure of the system and how to achieve it. In addition, there is an intelligent fault diagnosis model based on fault tree analysis. The system realizes the remote on-line monitoring, fault warning, diagnosis and diagnosis for tunnel shield. It has practical value.
