高精度空间曲线数控切割机的精度分析

摘    要:根据用户提出的在圆柱曲面的厚壁上切割大孔,并切割上下坡口及留根的技术要求,设计了新型的数控火焰切割机。该机具有水平转动,垂直升降,半径调整和割枪摆动四个自由度。根据该机的结构形式和尺寸,多自由度联动工况,重点对水平运动机构,垂直运动机构和割枪摆动机构引起的误差进行了精度分析。分析计算结果表明该机的精度符合设计要求,该机在实际应用中获得了满意的工程效果。

Abstract:A new NC flame cutting machine with four degrees of freedom:horizontal rotation,vertical movement,adjustment of radius and swing of cutting gun,was designed to satisfy the users' technical requirements for cutting large diameter holes in thick walls with cylindrical curved surfaces,cutting upper and lower bevels and keeping roots of welds.Accuracy analysis was made for the errors resulting from horizontal rotation,vertical movement and swing of cutting gun in terms of machine construction and overall dimensions and coordination of multiple degrees of freedom.The results of analysis and computation show that the accuracy of the machine fulfils the design requirements.Satisfactory engineering results have been achieved in actual application of this machine.
