400G 光传输技术研究

摘    要:分析400 G光传输技术发展背景;通过香农定律,分析了影响400 G系统传输性能的主要因素;通过波动理论和射线理论,分析了低损耗单模光纤实现的技术途径,设计并研制了适合高速光传输的新型单模光纤;通过软件仿真构建了四载波,双载波和单载波三种400 G系统,验证了400 G系统的应用方案的优缺点和可行性。400G系统采用新型光纤和双载波,对Q因子、误码率和传输距离等传输性能进行仿真验证。结果表明,新型光纤和双载波的400 G系统能很好增加输入光功率、改善非线性效应和提升传输距离。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the background of 400 G Optical Transmission Technologies. According to Shannon'' law, this paper analyzes the influential factors about 400 G transmission capability. Based on wave theory and ray theory, this paper further studies the realizing approach of low loss single-mode fiber. A high speed new single model fiberis is de- signed and developed. In this paper,three kinds of 400 G systems are constructed by software simulation,which verify the ad- vantages and disadvantages of the 400 G system and the feasibility of the application of the system. 400 G system uses new fi- ber and dual carrier and verifies the transmission performance of Q factor, bit error rate and transmission distance. The re- sults show that 400 G system of new fiber and dual carrier can increase the input optical power and improve the nonlinear effect and the transmission distance.
