天然气净化厂蒸汽及凝结水系统节能技术探讨

摘    要:针对部分净化厂锅炉燃料气消耗量大、凝结水回收率低、蒸汽放空量大、蒸汽凝结水现场跑冒滴漏等现状,重庆天然气净化总厂从对锅炉清灰、根据负荷变化及时调整蒸汽量、定期检查保温效果等方面加强节能经济运行管理;从加强蒸汽热量交换、低品质凝结水回收利用等方面进行节能技术改造。经现场实践证明,这些节能措施是可行的。另外,通过燃料气消耗量、凝结水回收率等现场数据的收集可看出蒸汽凝结水系统还有进一步节能的空间,可以从进一步减少泄漏、提高凝结水回收率、保障蒸汽凝结水品质等方面对蒸汽及凝结水系统进行节能挖潜。

Abstract:Aimingatoperatingproblemssuchaslargeconsumptionofboilerfuelgas,lowrecovery rateofcondensate,largeamountofsteamventing,andfieldleakingwaterofsteamcondensate,etc., Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant Generalstrengthened the economicaloperation and managementofenergy-savingthroughcleaningtheboilers,timelyadjustingthesteam volume accordingtotheloadvariation,aswellascheckingtheinsulationeffectregularly.Besides,energy savingtechnicalreconstruction,includingenhancingthesteamheatexchangeandlowqualitywater recycling,werecarriedout.Thefieldpracticeshowedthattheenergysavingmeasureswerefeasible andeffect.Inaddition,thefielddataoffuelgasconsumptionandcondensaterecoveryrateindicated thattherewerefurtherenergy-savingspaceforthesteamcondensatesystem,andtheenergy-saving potentialin steam and condensatesystem could beachieved byfurtherreducingtheleakage, improvingthecondensaterecoveryandguaranteeingthequalityofsteamcondensate.
