摘    要:结合链式静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)的直流电容电压稳态数学模型,分析了H桥参数差异对直流电容电压平衡的影响;针对直流电容电压不平衡问题,提出了最优触发脉冲分配平衡控制,可解决H桥参数差异引起的电容电压不平衡问题,且在不影响功率器件开关频率和输出电压波形的前提下使直流电容电压快速趋于平衡,从而提高了链式STATCOM输出性能和系统可靠性。阐述了最优脉冲分配平衡控制原理和特点,研制了380 V、±10 kvar链式静止同步补偿器的物理样机,并进行了实验验证,结果验证所提出的直流电容电压平衡控制的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:The impact of H-bridge parameter differences on the DC capacitors'' voltage is analyzed in this paper based on the static mathematical model of DC capacitors'' voltage of cascaded static synchronous compensator(STATCOM). According to the problem of DC capacitor'' voltage unbalance, a novel balancing strategy is proposed based on optimal allocation of pulse, which can solve the problem of DC capacitor'' voltage unbalance caused by H-bridge parameter differences,and can make capacitors'' voltage balance quickly in the premise of no change of switching frequency of power component and output voltage,so as to improve the output performance of cascaded STATCOM and system reliability. The principle and characteristics of a novel balancing strategy based on optimal allocation of pulse are analyzed, and a prototype of 380 V,±10 kvar cascaded STATCOM had been developed to verify the theory analysis.
