摘    要:目的设计一种组合材料的包装来满足平板显示产品的包装要求。方法此款包装设计有4个角垫,左右角垫对称,上下角垫略微差异。4个角垫均由瓦楞纸板折成的骨架、蜂窝纸板底板和与平板显示产品直接接触的EPE部件组等部分组成。运用UG与MSC FEA软件对包装件进行建模及有限元仿真试验。结果在国标规定压力下,平板显示器的最大内应力小于其极限应力。结论缓冲包装满足平板显示器的防护要求,但是安全系数偏大,有优化空间。

Abstract:A new cushion packaging made of combination materials to meet the packaging requirements on flat panel displays. The cushion packaging consisted of four corner pads. There was a little difference between the upper and lower corner pads, while the one on the left was the same as that on the right. Each pad was composed of three parts, a skeleton folded by corrugated cardboard, a honeycomb paperboard and EPE parts. A three-dimensional geometric modeling of packaging was built by UG and finite element analysis experiments were did by FEA. According to national standard, the maximal stress of the flat panel display was less than the ultimate stress. In conclusion, the cushion packaging can meet the requirements of flat panel displays, but the safety factor is a little high. It can be further optimized.
