| 摘 要： | 通过介绍注射成型聚合物自增强的几种方法,结合金属注射成形工艺,从注射成形参数对喂料充模性能影响的角度,论证了这几种方法在金属注射成形中的应用可行性。分析了这几种方法对金属注射成形注射工艺、制品的尺寸控制、粘结剂的用量和脱脂时间的影响。

| Abstract: | Several methods of self- reinforce polymers by meaning of injection molding are introduced, and combined with technology of MIM, from the point that the effect of injection parametem on molding - filling performance of feed stock. Demonstrate that these methods are useful and applicable, and analyzed the effection in injection parameter, such as dimension control, binder use level and debind time in MIM. |
