影响工业乙二醇紫外透光率-UV值的因素分析

摘    要:针对乙二醇装置UV值在220nm、275nm处经常出现波动的情况,围绕影响乙二醇UV值的诸因素展开试验,查清了主要影响因素有测定温度、放置时间和微量杂质等。实验结果表明,测定样品的温度一般在较低温度下进行,不适于升温检测;样品需要在放置一小时后进行取样分析;减少杂质乙醛的含量可以使产品质量更加稳定。

Abstract:For the problem that the UV value of Ethylene Glycol production plant was always waving at 220nm and 275nm,the tests were carried out to determine the factors affecting the UV value of ethylene glycol.The main factors such as temperature,layout time and trace impurity etc.were determined.The experimental results showed that the samples were suitable to be tested under lower temperature but not under elevated temperature.The sample must be tested after lay aside for about 1 hour and reducing the formaldehyde...
