| 摘 要： | 首先对国内外梳棉机针布研究应用计算机的发展状况做了概述,之后评述针布配套研究现 状,认为:国内在以往针布配套研究中,主要存在以下一些不足:(1)在针布配套中没有考虑到针布使 用寿命这个参数;(2)由于选择样本数和搜集资料有限,因而建立的针布配套模型并不能代表当今世界 针布配套实际,与生产实际有一定的差距;(3)建立针布专家系统所应用软件滞后于当今软件的发展。 最后提出了开发针布配套专家系统的设想。

| Abstract: | The present situation of research on card clothing in demestic and foreign carding machines by the use of computers is described. Some deficiencies in former domestic card clothing researches are accordingly given, such as (1) The service life of card clothing is not taken into consideration. (2) Because selection number of simples and collection materials are limited, establishment of the card clothing complement model can not represent the real status of card clothing in the world, and actually has the certain disparity with the production. (3) The establishment of the card clothing expert system is behind the application of current software in the world. Finally, a tentative plan of the card clothing complenent expert system is proposed. |
