| 摘 要： | 基于HFC的互动电视终端故障监测预警平台解决了终端设备状态性能在指标采集、存储、分析、展示等方面的问题,通过优化采集设计、存储压缩技术、智能分析并预警故障数据,减少话务及运维人员工作难度,可以及时准确定位故障,提高用户满意度。

| Abstract: | HFC based interactive television terminal fault monitoring and early warning platform to solve the terminal device performance index collection, storage, analysis, display and other issues; through optimizing the collection design, storage compression technology, intelligent analysis and early warning of failure data, reduce traffic and maintenance personnel working difficulty, can be timely and accurate fault locating, improving customer satisfaction. |
