摘    要:冠心病是目前危害人类健康的首要疾病。在冠心病的临床诊断中,由于透视投影成像导致的血管缩短会引起血管段长度、血管直径和血管狭窄百分比等参数的二维定量分析结果错误,而血管缩短与造影角度的选择有关。因此,作者在冠状动脉树三维重建的基础上,利用平面拟合法计算感兴趣血管段最佳造影角度,并通过冠状动脉树实物模型进行实验。实验结果表明,最佳造影角度下的定量分析能够有效地提高临床医学参数的测量精度,用于指导介入性治疗。

Abstract:Coronary artery disease is the leading cause of death.Vessel foreshortening in angiographic images may cause errors in the assessment of vessel length,vessel diameter,and severity of a stenotic lesion during diagnostic and interventional procedures,and can be influenced by the viewing angles.In this paper,a method is proposed to calculate the optimal angiographic viewing angles of segment of interest based on three-dimensional(3D) reconstruction of coronary arterial tree.The optimal angiographic viewing angles are obtained using Best Fitting Plane minimizing the maximum deviation between the data points and fitting plane.Its accuracy has been validated using images of vessel phantom.The experiments show quantitative coronary angiography(QCA) based on the optimal angiographic viewing angles can yield more accurate results,and can be utilized to guide diagnosis and intervention.
