| 摘 要： | 随着宽带网络的不断建设和接入用户的规模发展．IP网络暴露出不区分用户群的运营问题、用户和网络的安全问题．网络设备及网络资源的管理问题日趋严重。因此，可运营、可管理城域网建设理念得到各运营商的普遍认同．他们根据不断发展的运营级城域网的需求，组建可运营、可管理、安全可靠的电信级城城网解决方案。

| Abstract: | Along with the construction of broadband network and increase of access users, IP network divulges such problems as non-division operation, security of users and network, and management of network facilities and resources. So carriers unanimously agree the conception of operatable and manageable MAN. They construct operatable, manageable and reliable telecom-class MAN solution according to the developing requirement of operation-class MAN. |
