成庄矿副井电控系统改造研究

摘    要:针对成庄矿副井系统的应用现状,对提升机TKD系统进行改造,开发了一种基于PLC与三电平逆变器的控制系统。系统采用节能效果显著的变频器,实现了提升系统的节能。该系统已经在现场得到了成功的应用。

Abstract:According to the application of the auxiliary hoist control system in Chengzhuang Mine, introduces the design and research of digitizing reform of TKD hoist control system based on auxiliary hoist reform, and then developed a new kind of control system based on the PLC and inverter. The system uses the frequency conversion , which has effective energy conservation, and it has realized the energy conservation, and this system has got the effective application in some coal industry.
