聚磁式横向磁场永磁电机自定位转矩研究

摘    要:本文主要研究了聚磁式横向磁场永磁电机自定位转矩及其与电机结构尺寸之间的关系问题,首先通过二维场模型定性分析了聚磁式横向磁场永磁电机自定位转矩的特点;并采用三维等效磁网络法进行了样机的三维场分析,分析了磁场分布情况,并计算了不同定子极宽时的自定位转矩;设计了样机,样机试验数据与设计基本吻合.

Abstract:The cogging torque of transverse-flux permanent-magnetic machines (TFPM) is discussed in this paper. Firstly, its characteristics are analyzed based on its 2-D simplified model, which are obtained from finite element method; then with the help of 3-D equivalent magnetic network method (3DEMN), its no-load field at different positions are figured out, and its cogging torques with different stator pole pitches are calculated. Based on the method mentioned above, a novel TFPM prototype, which is with a concentrated flux rotor and assembled stator was designed, and the experimental data of its cogging torque coincided with the design.
