新型广谱杀菌剂苯醚菌酯(ZJ0712)生物活性

苯醚菌酯是浙江省化工研究院以天然抗生素Strobilurins为先导化合物开发的新型甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂。经室内活性测定及田间小区药效试验结果表明：苯醚菌酯对由子囊菌、鞭毛菌和半知菌引起的多种植物病害具有非常高的杀菌活性。该药剂对黄瓜白粉病、小麦白粉病、黄瓜霜霉病和炭疽病的EC如值分别为0．8343、1．0576、17．67、55．645mg／L。在12．5-25g a．i．／hm^2的处理剂量下。对白粉病、霜霉病和炭疽病，经1次用药，均具有很好的防效。在使用剂量范围内对作物安全，且与常规杀菌剂无交互抗性。

Biological activity of ZJ0712, a new strobilurin fungicide

The new strobilufin fungicide ZJ0712, developed by Zhejiang Research Institute of Chemical Industry, has broadspectrum activity against various phytopathogenic fungi, including Ascomycetes, Oomycetes, and Deuteromycetcs. In laboratory and field experiments, ECgo values of Z J0712 against powdery mildew, downy mildew, and anthracnose of cucumber were 0.834 mg/L, 17.7 rag/L, and 55.6 mg/L, respectively, while the EC90 for control of wheat powdery mildew was 1.06 mg/L. Single applications of ZJ0712 at 12.5 to 25 g a.i./ha provided excellent control of powdery mildew, downy mildew, and anthracnose. The new fungicide showed no crop phytotoxicity when applied in the normal use range, and does not show cross resistance to conventional fungicides.
