| 摘 要： | 为了测定苦丁茶叶中总黄酮的含量,利用黄酮类化合物与金属离子形成的螯合物在526nm处有最大吸收度,用分光光度法进行测定。效果满意,方法简便可靠。

| Abstract: | Spectrophotometry was used to determine the total fla vone co ntent in Ilicis Folium leaf according to the fact that the maximum absorbency ca n be obtained when the chelate fonned by the combinadon of flavdnoids and metal ion is at 526 nm. The result has shown that the method for determination of the total flavone content in Ilicis Folium leaf is easy to handle and reliable with satisfactory result. |
