摘    要:利用555定时器外接阻容元件构成多谐振荡器,通过单片机对多谐振荡器产生的矩形脉冲计数和数据处理来实现电容的智能化测量。利用电子开关4051选取多路阻容元件进行了多量程扩展。该测试仪测量精度较高,量程能自动切换。

Abstract:555 timer with external resistance and capacitance components is used to constitute multivibrator.SCM is adopted to count the rectangular pulse produced by multivibrator and data processing realizes the intellectualized measurement of capacitance.Through the electronic switch 4051 automatic choosing different resistance and capacitance,the expansion of measuring range is realized.This test system has high precision and range can automatically switch.
