| 摘 要： | 介绍了对消失模铸造用涂料的技术要求,包括透气性、强度、润湿性、粘着性、干燥速度等和水基涂料、醇基涂料、树脂涂料的特点及耐火材料、粘结剂、溶剂、添加剂等主要组成的作用与选配原则;同时介绍了常用的涂料配方,常用涂料搅拌机的参数与性能特点、涂料的主要性能测试方法和涂料的干燥工艺等。 |

| Abstract: | An introduetion was given to the technical requirements of coatings used for lost foam casting including permeability, strength, wetting ability, adhering ability, drying rate, etc. ; characteristics of different coatings such as water-base coating, alcohol-base coating,resin coating;effects and usage principle of main ingredients of coatings such as refractory, binder, solvent, additives etc.; mixture ratios of common -used coatings ; main parameters and performance features of common-used coating mixers ; test method of main properties of coatings, drying process, and so on. |
