合金铸铁轴体铸件皮下气孔的消除

摘    要:介绍了合金铸铁件轴体的生产工艺及其皮下气孔缺陷的分布特征;分析其形成原因认为:合金铸铁件皮下气孔与铁液中w(Al残)量有关,当铁液中w(Al残)量超过临界值0.03%时,就会产生皮下气孔;而w(Al残)量与孕育剂FeSi75Al2中的w(Al)量有着直接的关系;指出合理地控制铁液中w(Al残)量在临界值以下,可有效地消除皮下气孔缺陷。

Abstract:The production process of the alloyed cast iron shaft and the distribution characteristics of its pinhole defect were introduced.An investigation was conducted to reveal the reason causing the pinhole defect of the alloyed cast iron,and the result showed that there was relation between the pinhole defect formation and the aluminum content of the iron melt.When the Al content exceeded some critical value,the pinhole formation would occur.And the Al content of the iron melt was directly related with the Al content of the FeSi75Al2.It's possible to eliminate effectively the pinhole defect by proper controlling the Al content of the iron melt below the critical value.
