摘    要:分析认为CA6DL缸盖气道发生漏水的主要原因是壁厚较薄和存在夹杂物,并提出了相应的解决措施。介绍了过滤网的净化机理,比较了玻璃纤维过滤网、直孔过滤网、泡沫陶瓷过滤网的过滤效果,结果显示较小孔径的泡沫陶瓷过滤网过滤效果最佳。采用一箱两件的竖浇工艺,在横浇道中竖放2片75 mm×75 mm×22 mm的20~30 ppi的泡沫陶瓷过滤网,很好地过滤掉了铁液中的夹杂物,大幅降低了CA6DL缸盖铸件的废品率。

Abstract:It was considered by analysis that the thin wall section and inclusions existing was the reason causing the port leakage of the CA6DL cylinder head,and the corresponding measures were proposed including the usage of filter to prevent inclusions.The purifying mechanism of the filter was introduced,the filtering effects of glass fiber filter,filter with straight holes and ceramic foam filter were compared.The result showed that the effect of the ceramic foam filter with relatively small hole was the best.The casting method adopted as: two castings per mould,pouring in the vertical position of castings,two ceramic foam filters with dimensions of 75 mm×75 mm×22 mm and 20~30 holes ppi were put vertically into the runner bar which effectively prevented the inclusion of the iron melt from entering the castings and,as the result,the rejection rate of cylinder head castings was substantially reduced.
