制芯过程模拟研究与应用

摘    要:建立了制芯过程数值模拟模型,并对四缸气缸体水套砂芯制芯过程中的气体填充、芯砂填充芯盒过程和砂芯密度、砂芯硬化反应等进行了模拟。结果发现,制芯节拍延长1倍,砂芯出现疏松、NH3消耗量增加。根据所发现的问题,提出了优化方案并进行调试和再模拟,使问题得到了解决。

Abstract:The necessity of core-making process simulation and the factors to be consider to create the core-making process numerical simulation model was introduced. In order to improve the accuracy of the process simulation, the result of numerical simulation was compared with the result of practical test. The gas-filling core box process, core sand filling process, core density distribution, core hardening process and so on were simulated. The results showed that when core-making time was doubled, there was loosening found in the core and the NH3 consumption was increased. Based on the revealed problem, an optimized scheme was tried and adjusted so that the problem was finally solved.
