| 摘 要： | 构建武器装备科研购置一体化价格机制,是适应武器装备全寿命费用管理和提高武器装备采办效益的必然要求。界定了一体化采购价格的概念、特点及内在要求,阐述了制定一体化采购价格的制约因素,提出了制定一体化采购价格的具体做法与配套措施。

| Abstract: | Building the price mechanism of integrated procurement of weapon equipment is an inevitable request of accommodating equipment life cycle cost management and improving acquisition benefit.The concept,characteristics and inherence request of the integrated procurement price is bounded.The restrict facts of the integrated procurement price is expounded.The specific measures and matched steps of the integrated procurement price are presented. |
