消除F3000曲轴箱崩砂缺陷的方法

摘    要:以湿砂型生产的F3000曲轴箱为例,分析了崩砂缺陷的产生原因,提出了施改善铸型排气通道分布,使排气均衡,排气孔面积增大的解决方法;生产结果显示:曲轴箱铸件的崩砂缺陷大幅度降低,与此同时,并没有引起其它铸造缺陷。

Abstract:Taking F3000 crankcase produced with green sand mold as example,the reason causing sand collapse defect was analyzed,and corresponding solving measure was proposed to equilibrate the venting by improving venting holes distribution and enlarge the total venting area.As the result,the sand collapse defect of the crankcase casting was reduced on a large scale,and at the same time,no other defects were caused.This result found a new approach for the elimination of the sand collapse defect.
