摘    要:阐述了邯钢气体厂液体贮存及汽化装置建立独立控制系统的切改的技术改造进程,结合液体贮存汽化装置的特点和控制要求,着重阐明了系统的控制原理、配置情况、实现方法以及控制功能的优化创新,并分析了如何实现与氧压氮压相结合液体汽化自动控制的升级优化措施。

Abstract:The technical reconstruction of the independent control system for liquid storage and vaporization device of the gas plant of Handan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd is introduced.In terms of the features and control requirements of the liquid storage vaporization device,the control principle,configuration status,implementation method and optimization innovation of control function are presented in detail.The upgrading optimization measures to realize liquid vaporization automatic automation of oxygen pressure combined with nitrogen pressure are analyzed.
