摘    要:以箱体铸件为研究对象,介绍运用CAD/CAE进行低压铸造工艺设计的过程。利用铸造数值模拟技术,对设计的低压铸造工艺进行充型与凝固过程分析,保证了模具开发的质量,缩短了开发周期。

Abstract:Taking a kind of Al-alloy case casting as study object,the process of foundry technology design for low pressure casting was introduced with CAD/CAE technique.Based on numerical simulation technique,the filling and solidification process of low pressure casting for Al-alloy case casting was studied.Consequently,the quality of mold design can be guaranteed and the duration of mold design can be shortened.
