摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元软件,对相同的浇钢过程中2种不同结构的金属底座进行热/力的间接耦合模拟。研究表明,1#底座对角方向最大等效应力值达601 MPa,是产生裂纹的主要因素,裂纹易产生于底座的下表面,且在底座的下表面沿底座中心45°方向上存在一明显的应力集中区域;2#金属底座的最大等效应力值降低为397 MPa,能够有效避免裂纹的产生,结构较合理。

Abstract:The indirect temperature/stress couples under two types of different structured metal bases were simulated by software ANSYS in the same liquid-steel pouring process.The results show that the maximum equivalent tensile stress value of No.1 metal base reaches 601 MPa in the diagonal direction,which is the main factor of base cracking,and crack easily takes place in the undersurface,where a obvious region of stress concentration exists in 45°direction;the maximum equivalent stress value of No.2 metal base is reduced to 397 MPa,which effectively avoids the cracks,the structure is more reasonable.
