铝矾土的组成和工艺性能研究

摘    要:对比研究了几种铝矾土的化学组成、相组成和分散性能。认为所选贵州铝矾土样品氧化铝含量高,适合生产高铝陶瓷球、氢氧化铝、氧化铝和金属铝等;河南和湖南样品铝矾土铝硅配比适中,是生产高强度耐火材料和陶瓷球的较好原料;湖南铝矾土样品分散性能好,特别适于原料需要预处理成均匀料浆的工艺过程。

Abstract:The chemical composition,petrographic analysis and dispersing property of kinds of bauxitic clay are compared.It is believed that the bauxitic clay sample from Guizhou is the highest in content of Al2O3,suitable for producing rich aluminum ceramic sphere,Al(OH)3,Al2O3 and aluminum.The bauxitic clay samples from Henan and Hunan have well situated Al2O3:SiO2 proportion,which is a good kind of raw material of high intensity refractory material and ceramic sphere.The bauxitic clay sample from Hunan has good dispersing property, suitable for the producing process that raw material must be pretreated to well-distributed slurry.
