摘    要:发现并解决了用大变形解析法计算小外载轮盘破裂转速的不收敛问题,从而完善了大变形解析法.采用该方法和有限元法对某对转涡轮的高压轮盘的破裂转速和屈服转速进行了计算,并选用模型盘的试验数据检验了两种方法的计算精度.此外,还用两种方法计算了偏心轮盘的破裂及屈服转速.

Abstract:The non-convergence problem for calculating the burst speed of disks with small load by using the analytical large deformation method has been found and solved in this paper, therefore the analytical large deformation method has been consummated. Using this method and the finite element method, the author has calculated the burst and the yield speed of the high pressure disk in counter-rotating turbine, and the calculating accuracy of the two methods has also been examined by selecting the experimental datum of the model disks. Furthermore, the two methods have been applied in calculating the burst and the yield speed of the eccentric disk.
