摘    要:针对数控车削虚拟仿真系统,介绍了数控车削动态仿真的计算过程及图形显示.首先根据译码结果提取加工信息,然后运用插补运算得到加工轨迹坐标从而控制刀具与工件的相对运动,并在这个运动过程中快速进行刀具与毛坯的布尔运算,根据运算结果重新绘制场景.最后利用OpenGL的双缓存技术在计算机屏幕上显示工件的动态切削过程.

Abstract:According to the virtual simulation system of NC turning,introduce the calculation process and graphics display of the NC turning dynamic simulation.First,extract manufacturing information from the result of decoding,then acquire the machining track by dint of interpolation calculation in order to control the relative motion between workpiece and cutter,and in this process do the Boolean Operation of workpiece and cutter quickly,the result of which is used to draw the scene anew.Finally,use the double buffer technique of OpenGL to display the dynamic cutting process of the workpiece on computer screen.
