全液压转向器流场分析及其结构改进

摘    要:针对全液压转向器在现场使用过程中出现的噪声大,能量损失严重等问题,本文首先对全液压转向器内部关键流道建立了CFD模型,并且通过数据转换,调入FLUENT软件进行了流场分析,得到了流场的压力分布、速度分布和能量分布,并据此定性地分析了流场结构(速度分布,压力分布,旋涡的产生与消失等)与能量损失、噪声等关系.在此基础上提出了流道结构改进的初步方案以及降低能量损失的措施等,从而为开发出新一代高效率、低能耗、低噪声的全液压转向器提供了理论依据.

Abstract:In allusion to loud noise and serious energy loss at locale, the model for the key flow channel of hydraulic steering control units (HSCU) is established at first and then the model is transferred into the Fluent CFD software. The flow field is computed and the velocity distribution, pressure distribution and energy distribution can be obtained and relations between the valve channel and the energy loss, the negative pressure distribution can be analyzed, which offers the theory foundation for structure optimizing and designing valves with the high efficiency, low energy loss and low noise.
