提高水压机工作稳定性

摘    要:通过改变立式水压机的下梁结构,增大下梁底面积,消除立柱与下梁在上支承点的装配间隙,达到提高工作稳定性的目的.通过对水压机的振幅、下梁的刚度及基础的承压压强的理论分析计算和改变下梁结构前后的性能比较,得出了改变下梁结构是提高立式水压机工作稳定性的较理想的方法的结论.

Abstract:This paper inquire how to change below roof-beam structure, increase its base-area and eliminate assemble space between column and below roof-beam on bearing point to reach the purpose to increase working stabilityof machine. By theory analysis and count to amplitude of hydraulic press, rigidity of below roof-beam support press of base and compare some target to change below roof-beam before and after, we think that to change below roof-beam to increate working stability is one of the best way to vertical dual column hydraulic press.
