摘    要:根据建立机械设计基础数字化信息资源软件库的需要,针对平面连杆机构运动形式和连杆曲线多样性的特点,采用机构综合和分析于一体的方法,开发了由管理、机构综合、运动分析、动态仿真、机构选型和系统帮助等功能模块组成的平面连杆机构CAD系统(简称PLMCAD),提出了基于Web技术的PLMCAD系统的总体结构,并论述了机构类型识别、主动件可行域确定、数学模型的建立与方程组求解等系统实现的关键技术.

Abstract:To establish the software database of basic digital information resources of mechanical design, based on the characteristics of multiplicity kinematical form of the planar linkage mechanism and multiplicity curves of the linkage, by using the method of inte grating of kinematical synthesis and analysis, a CAD system for planar linkage mechanism (PLMCAD) is developed. It consists of following modules: file management, kinematical synthesis, kinematical analysis, dynamic simulation, mechanism choosing and system help. The main structure of web-based PLMCAD is also proposed. The key technologies such as type identifying, mobility region, mathematical model creating and the equations set solving are described.
