| 摘 要： | 给出了一种新型的二极管芯片分拣方案及其设备设计方案.从理论角度论证了其可行性.详细的论述了方案的运行过程.并通过理论推算给出了设备主要工艺参数的求取公式.经实验,此方案及给出的参数求取方法完全可行.

| Abstract: | A new project of diode chips sorting and the design of related equipment are put forward. And its feasibility is proved in theory. This article particularly discusses the operation process of the project. And expressions of main technologic parameter are given through theoretically calculation. The followed examination proves that they are feasible. |
