面向MES基于CBR的设备管理系统设计与开发

摘    要:设备管理是制造执行系统(MES)的重要组成部分,根据MES的设备管理需求,采用基于CBR的维修方案推理机制,开发面向MES的设备管理系统.论文分析设备管理业务流程,详细介绍系统设计,重点阐述维修方案的CBR推理,选用B/S三层体系结构,最终完成了系统的开发,并在多家制造企业成功实施与运用.

Abstract:Equipment management is an important component of manufacturing execution system(MES).According to equipment management requirements of MES,the equipment management system(EMS)for MES was developed by adopting CBR(case based reasoning).First the business process was analyzed.Then the system design was discussed in detail.Especially CBR of maintenance solution was introduced.Moreover,by the way of the three-tier Bower/Server architecture,the EMS was developed successfully.The applied results in some manufacturing enterprises showed the EMS improved their equipment management level greatly.
