应用油液综合监测技术诊断液压泵的早期故障

摘    要:几台工程机械的液压泵发生咬死擦伤而突然失效,为找出事故的真正原因以便采取应对措施,应用油液综合监测技术对液压系统原用新油与现用新油、原用过油与现用过油进行了比较分析,故障诊断的结果表明,导致液压泵早期失效的最主要的原因是该批液压油严重污染(ISO 20/17),因此,油液综合监测技术对于监测油品的污染及设备磨损状况从而避免机械早期失效是十分必要的.

Abstract:Hydraulic pumps of a few machines did not work suddenly for adhere wear.For certain fault cause,oil synthetic monitoring techniques were used to analyze and compare former new oil with present new oil,former used oil with present used oil.The fault diagnosis result showed the hydraulic oil pollution is the main cause,so oil synthetic monitoring techniques are essential for machines to avoid forepart fault by monitoring oil pollution and machine wear condition.
